Storage Rentals of America (SROA) was founded in 2013 and through an aggressive growth strategy, we have grown to over 350 locations across 24 states. It is our mission to provide affordable, clean, and secure self-storage facilities in the communities we serve.
We are currently looking to add an Inbound Call Center Agent to our growing team.
Call Center Agents use their knowledge of our company products, services, and policies to assist SROA customers and ensure a smooth rental/reservation process for potential customers. With hands-on supportive training, we’ll teach you industry knowledge, but we are looking for individuals with a winning attitude, outstanding customer service skills and a proven track record of success. If you are confident, have a passion for learning, and possess effective listening skills, you will be a great addition to the team!
Call Center Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Description:
Answering in-bound callers, Call Center Agents interact with current and prospective SROA customers, listening to their needs and assist in offering solutions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service to maintain harmonious relationships with customers over the phone.
Manage inbound calls in a timely manner, collecting information and entering it into the system.
Ensure a smooth rental/reservation process for potential customers.
Create a successful interaction with current or future customers, meeting our customer service standards.
Full understanding of the billing process and be able to process payments.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
1– 3 years of customer service experience in a Call Center environment preferred or customer sales-oriented position such as retail sales, restaurant, front desk, hotel, car rental, or other hospitality roles.
Type 30 WPM or more.
Have a professional phone manner & ability to work independently.
Demonstrate patience and professionalism.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The job requires a person to work weekends and holidays as needed.
